1. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to Gurukrupa Furniture, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• "Client", "you", "your" refers to any individual or business placing an enquiry or order with us.
• "Products" refers to any furniture items designed, manufactured, or supplied by us, including office furniture, modular furniture, customised pieces, and institutional furniture.
• "Services" refers to our furniture design, manufacturing, project management, and delivery services.
• "Order" means a confirmed request to manufacture or supply products, accepted in writing by both parties.

2. Orders and Confirmations

All orders are subject to the following conditions:

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Gurukrupa Furniture, along with an agreed advance payment (typically 50% of the order value, unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Quotations provided by us are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
• Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled except with our written consent, and cancellation charges may apply to cover material and labour costs already incurred.
• Any changes to an order after confirmation must be requested in writing. Changes may affect the delivery timeline and price.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Applicable GST, transportation, and installation charges will be mentioned separately in the quotation.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Typically: 50% advance at order placement, and the remaining balance before delivery or installation.
• We reserve the right to revise prices due to significant changes in raw material costs or government levies, with prior notice to the client.
• Payments are to be made by bank transfer, cheque, or other mutually agreed methods. All payments must be in the name of Gurukrupa Furniture.

4. Manufacturing and Lead Times

• Lead times for manufacturing and delivery will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are estimates only.
• Gurukrupa Furniture will make every reasonable effort to meet the agreed timeline; however, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material supply issues, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any client-side delays (such as incomplete site preparation, delayed payments, or changes in specifications) that affect the manufacturing schedule will not be the responsibility of Gurukrupa Furniture.

5. Custom Furniture and Design Approvals

• For customised furniture orders, the client is responsible for approving final designs, dimensions, materials, and finishes in writing before production begins.
• Gurukrupa Furniture shall not be liable for errors arising from inaccurate measurements, specifications, or approvals provided by the client.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or shade of natural materials (such as wood and fabric) are inherent to the nature of the material and shall not constitute a defect.
• Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the finished product due to material availability and screen display variations.

6. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order confirmation. The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to the client upon delivery. The client must inspect all items at the time of delivery and report any visible damage in writing within 48 hours.
• Where installation is included, the client must ensure the site is ready (walls, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work completed) before the agreed installation date. Delays arising from an unready site may incur additional charges.
• Transportation charges, if applicable, will be communicated in the quotation or at the time of dispatch.

7. Warranty and Defects

• Gurukrupa Furniture offers a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, modification, or normal wear and tear.
• Defects must be reported in writing within the warranty period. We reserve the right to assess the reported issue before undertaking any repair or replacement.
• Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at our sole discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Gurukrupa Furniture website, including text, images, logos, and design concepts, is the intellectual property of Gurukrupa Furniture and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
• Design drawings, sketches, or concepts prepared by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Gurukrupa Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
• We make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms and those implied by applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

10. Website Use

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
